(1) Read More! It is great exercise for the brain and improves cognitive functioning skills.
(2) Protect your mental energy. You can easily boost your brain power by simply learning to be more careful about how you spend it.
(3) Brainstorming! Aim to identify multiple ways to go about addressing an issue. This exercise can help you sharpen your divergent thinking skills!
(4) Let go of self consciousness. You are your worst enemy! The voice inside your head is more powerful than you might think. If you’re constantly telling yourself that you can’t do something, it’s going to have an impact.
(5) Get rid of all those distractions! Even just an hour of uninterrupted work time can go a long way.
Practicing these things will improve your ability to fluidly spring around in your mind and body while problem solving!
